We ensure our flowers are at the freshest, however, product images are interpretation and reflection of a style, actual arrangements may differ slightly, dependant on flowers availability and seasonality.

• Orders can be placed online, and by doing so, you agree to the terms outlined. We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided. We will make every effort to contact you during our opening hours; however, please anticipate potential delays in processing your order if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

• We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express for all online orders. Cash on delivery (COD) is not accepted. All prices are calculated and charged in SGD.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Any changes to the order should be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes expire after 3 months. They cannot be combined with other codes and are valid for one-time use only. Olivia Florals reserves the right to modify or withdraw discount codes at any time. The newsletter sign-up discount code is only applicable to Floral Bouquets and does not include delivery charges.
